Alliance 16.9/14-28 (16.9-28) 8 stud wheels with apporx 50%  tread. 8 ply rating. Tube type.

Good set of wheels overall with good strong side walls and no major cracks or cuts. Some very minor perishing showing in odd places with examples shown in the photos. A few minor surface scuffs here and there from work and a few knocks on the flanges of the rims but nothing out of the ordinary. One centre plate bolt missing as shown.

Good wheels and ready for work.
